Terms & Conditions – Delivery, Orders & Services

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Suprabhathaa Foods OPC Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By placing an order, you (“Customer”) agree to these Terms.

1. Serviceable Areas

We currently deliver within selected areas of Bangalore.

Same-Day Delivery Areas (2 Slots)

560035, 560087, 562125

Next-Day Delivery Areas (Morning Slot Only)

560029, 560034, 560037, 560041, 560048, 560066, 560068, 560076, 560078, 560081, 560099, 560100, 560102, 560103, 560114

The Company reserves the right to modify service areas without prior notice.

2. Delivery Charges

  • Free Delivery on orders ₹100 and above
  • ₹20 Delivery Charge on orders below ₹100

Charges are subject to change at the Company’s discretion.

3. Delivery Schedule & Slots

Same-Day Delivery (Applicable PIN Codes Only)

  • Orders placed before 4:00 AM → Delivered after 7:00 AM (Morning Slot)
  • Orders placed before 4:00 PM → Delivered after 6:00 PM (Evening Slot)

Next-Day Delivery (Morning Slot Only)

  • Orders will be delivered next day after 7:00 AM

Orders placed after cut-off times will be scheduled for the next available delivery slot.

All delivery timelines are indicative and subject to operational feasibility.

4. Order Confirmation

Customers will receive order confirmation via SMS, email, or WhatsApp upon successful order placement.

5. Delivery Attempts Policy

  • A maximum of two (2) delivery attempts will be made
  • If delivery fails after two attempts, the order will be cancelled without refund

6. Customer Responsibilities

6.1 Accurate Information

Customers must provide correct and complete address and contact details.

The Company is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect information.

6.2 Availability

Customers must be available at the delivery location.

If unavailable:

  • Re-delivery may be attempted (if applicable)
  • Additional charges may apply

7. Cancellations & Modifications

  • Allowed within 15 minutes of placing the order
  • Requests must be made via official support channels (e.g., WhatsApp)
  • After 15 minutes, no changes or cancellations are permitted

8. Product Inspection & Acceptance

  • Customers must check the order at the time of delivery
  • Any issue must be reported immediately to the delivery personnel

❗ No complaints, returns, or replacements will be accepted after delivery is completed.

9. Refund Policy

Eligible refunds will be processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.

No refunds will be provided for:

  • Incorrect address
  • Customer unavailability
  • Failed delivery after two attempts

10. Delivery Delays & Force Majeure

The Company is not liable for delays due to:

  • Traffic or weather conditions
  • Strikes or operational issues
  • Vehicle breakdowns
  • Government restrictions or emergencies

11. Pricing & Availability

  • Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice
  • Offers and discounts may be withdrawn at any time

12. Bulk & Special Orders

  • Must be placed in advance
  • Cancellation may not be allowed once preparation has started

13. GST Invoice

  • A GST invoice will be issued by default for all orders.
  • Any request made after delivery will be fulfilled only as a soft copy (digital invoice).

14. Payment Methods

We accept:

  • UPI
  • Debit/Credit Cards
  • Net Banking
  • Wallets (if available)

15. Privacy Policy

Customer data is kept confidential and used only for:

  • Order processing
  • Delivery purposes

We do not share customer data with third parties.

16. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Issues arising from misuse of products
  • Events beyond its control

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Bangalore, Karnataka courts.
