Free delivery is available only for:

🎉 All orders are free of delivery charges until 1 January 2026.

  • 🆓 Free delivery for orders above ₹150
  • 🚚 ₹20 delivery charge for orders below ₹150
  • 📅 Orders will be delivered next day

⏰ Delivery Timings

For PIN Codes: 560035, 560087, 562125

  • Orders placed between 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM
    ➝ Delivered within approximately 4 hours
  • Orders placed between 5:00 PM – 6:00 AM
    ➝ Delivered by 8:00 AM next day

For Other PIN Codes

  • All orders will be delivered the next day

✅ Order Confirmation

  • Customers will receive an order confirmation email or message after placing the order.

🏠 Incorrect or Incomplete Address

  • If the customer provides a wrong, incomplete, or invalid delivery address, or if contact details are incorrect, the order will not be delivered.
  • In such cases, the company will not provide any refund, and the company is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect customer information.

👤 Customer Availability

  • Customers must be available at the delivery location at the scheduled time.
  • If the customer is unavailable, re-delivery charges may apply, and delivery will be done the next day.
  • If delivery fails two times, the order will be cancelled and no refund will be given.

❌ Cancellations & Modifications

  • Orders can be cancelled or modified only within 15 minutes after placing the order.
  • For cancellation or changes, WhatsApp us with a screenshot of your order.
  • After 15 minutes, no cancellation or modification is allowed.

📦 Damaged or Wrong Items

  • Customers must check the items before the delivery person leaves.
  • Any damaged or incorrect items must be reported immediately to the delivery person.
  • ❗ No returns, replacements, or complaints will be accepted after delivery is completed.

💰 Refund Policy

  • Only eligible refunds will be processed.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7 working days.
  • No refunds for:
    • Wrong address
    • Customer not available
    • Failed delivery after two attempts

⏳ Delivery Delays

  • Delivery may be delayed due to traffic, weather, strikes, vehicle issues, or emergencies.
  • The company will not be responsible for delays caused by such unavoidable situations.

  • Prices and product availability are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Offers and discounts may be withdrawn anytime.

📦 Bulk Orders & Special Orders

  • Bulk or special orders should be placed in advance.
  • Cancellation of bulk orders may not be allowed once preparation has started.

🧾 GST Invoice

  • GST invoice will be provided only if requested at the time of order.
  • Requests after delivery may not be accepted.
