Delivery Area & Charges

​Free delivery available only for PIN Code 562125.

​All orders are free of delivery charges until 1 January 2026.

Order Confirmation

​Customers will receive an order confirmation email after placing an order.

Delivery Timings

​Orders placed between 6:00 AM and 5:00 PM will be delivered within approximately 4 hours.

​Orders placed between 5:00 PM and 6:00 AM will be delivered by 8:00 AM the next day.

Customer Availability

​If the customer is unavailable during delivery, re-delivery charges will apply, and the order will be delivered the next day.

​If delivery fails twice, the order will be cancelled, and no refund will be issued.

Cancellations & Modifications

​Orders can be cancelled or modified only within 15 minutes after placing the order.

Damaged or Wrong Items

​Customers must check the items before the delivery boy leaves.

​Damaged or incorrect items must be reported immediately to the delivery boy.

​No returns or replacements will be accepted once delivery is completed.

Refund Policy

​Eligible refunds will be processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.

Delays

​Deliveries may be delayed due to unavoidable circumstances such as bad weather, strikes, traffic, or emergencies.
